Per our bylaws, the Treasurer shall perform the following duties:
- Be responsible for the management for management of finances of the organization and sign checks for the SHS
- Assume responsibility for financial statements and audits of the organization
- Present the Treasurer’s Report at the annual meeting and interim meetings of the Board of Directors
- Ensure proper and timely preparation of tax documents
